· Ultra-high rigidity and low warpage: 30% glass fiber reinforcement, extremely low shrinkage rate, suitable for high-precision assembly components;
· Enhanced heat resistance: Superior high-temperature resistance compared to GF20, suitable for high-temperature engine compartment conditions;
· Low fiber protrusion for easy mass production: Coupling modification process minimizes exposed glass fibers on the surface, ensuring stable high-volume injection molding;
· Customizable in Multiple Specifications: Cold-resistant (-40°C) toughened grades, UL94-V0 flame-retardant grades, and low-warpage specialty grades are all available upon request.
Physical Properties
Density: 1.36–1.38 g/cm³; Melting Point: 220°C; Molding shrinkage: 0.5%–0.8% (lower than GF20, with higher dimensional accuracy); saturated water absorption at room temperature: 2.4%–2.9%.
Mechanical Properties
Tensile strength: 145–180 MPa; flexural strength: 210–250 MPa; flexural modulus: 7,800–8,500 MPa; Notched impact strength (simply supported beam): 7–10 kJ/m²; overall superior to PA6GF20 and pure PA6 in terms of rigidity, creep resistance, and deformation resistance.
Heat Resistance
Heat deflection temperature at 0.45 MPa: 215–230 °C; continuous service temperature: 90–120 °C; short-term peak temperature resistance: 210 °C; resistant to warping and deformation at high temperatures.
Chemical & Electrical Resistance
Excellent electrical insulation; resistant to engine oil, gasoline, and weak acids and alkalis; wear-resistant and self-lubricating; not resistant to concentrated strong acids; complies with ROHS and REACH environmental standards; can be recycled, pelletized, and reused.

Barrel temperature: 245–275°C; mold temperature: 75–95°C; dry the raw material at 85–105°C for 4–6 hours to remove moisture and prevent silver streaks and air bubbles in the product.
