This nylon particles reinforced with 20% alkali-free chopped glass fiber (by mass), modified with a silane coupling agent. As an entry-level, mainstream grade in the glass fiber-reinforced nylon series, it is available in two standard stock colors: natural semi-translucent off-white and black. Customized grades are available with UL94 V-0 halogen-free flame retardancy, enhanced heat stability and high-temperature resistance, cold-resistant toughening, or reduced fiber-float performance. The material offers a balanced combination of strength, toughness, flowability, and cost efficiency, making it an ideal choice for general-purpose precision structural components in the automotive and electronics industries.

Processing Recommendations

  • Drying: Dehumidifying drying at 85–105°C for 4–6 hours, until the raw material moisture content is <0.15%, to eliminate defects such as stringing and bubbles;

  • Barrel temperature: 260–290°C; nozzle temperature: 265–280°C;

  • Mold temperature: 80–100°C, to improve surface finish and optimize dimensional accuracy.
