Without these anti-aging agents or antioxidants, thermal break profiles for windows and doors may rapidly degrade when exposed to wind and sunlight. Within less than 10 years, the polymer profiles could fracture, causing glass and windows to fall from such high curtain walls!! This is deadly! Therefore, antioxidants and UV absorbers must be added. That's why we granulate our own materials to ensure the quality of PA66GF25 Pellets.

We possess pelletizing capabilities for various plastic pellets, including glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6 (PA66GF25, PA66GF35), with a production capacity approaching 800 tons per month. We also support customization of nylon pellets in various colors.
Our PA66GF25 Pellets granular products are packaged in waterproof bags. During each vehicle loading, random weight checks are conducted on every package. Typically, pallets are placed underneath to support the weight, facilitating subsequent packaging and preventing bag damage from rough handling during transport. Goods on each pallet are wrapped in stretch film to minimize moisture exposure during transit.
