PA6GF35

PA6GF35 consists of a PA6 base material reinforced with 35% alkali-free chopped glass fiber by mass through silane-coupled modification. As a high-performance injection molding grade modified nylon, these Polyamide Pellets are available in two standard grades: natural milky white and black. Customized versions are available with impact resistance, cold resistance, UL94-V0 flame retardancy, low fiber float, and heat aging resistance. Compared with PA6GF20/GF30, PA6GF35 offers superior strength, stiffness, and heat resistance, making it a specialized material for heavy-duty, high-temperature precision structures.

Processing Recommendations

  • Barrel temperature: 250–278°C

  • Nozzle temperature: 245–265°C

  • Mold temperature: 80–100°C

Dry the raw material at 90–110°C for 4–7 hours to remove moisture and prevent defects such as stringing, bubbles, and delamination during injection molding.
